The object behind this Agreement is a digital typeface (Font Software), which is governed by the same laws as computer software.
Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using the Font Software.
By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using the Font Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the “I Agree” button and do not download or use the Font Software.
You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to use the Font Software under terms and conditions of the Agreement.
The Font Software is licensed, not sold. The Temporary State reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
2. Allowed Use
You may use the Font Software to create images on any surface where the image is a fixed size. You may use the Font Software to create
scalable drawings provided that such files are only used within the projects of the person or company licensing the Font Software.
The Font Software may be used on any website owned or controlled by you or company licensing the Font Software, using the @font-face selector in CSS files.
The total traffic, measured in page views per month, of all websites using Font Software must be no greater than the number of page views specified in your receipt.
Businesses or organizations such as advertising agencies, web design agencies or hosting providers that are responsible for multiple clients’ websites must
enter into separate Agreement for each client website. Use of the Font Software on websites with technologies other than @font-face, such as sIFR, Cufón or
Typeface.js, is not allowed.
3. Number of users
The maximum number of users is specified in your receipt. All users must be employed by the same company that purchased the Font Software.
4. Third parties
You may provide the Font Software to a prepress office that is working on your behalf only if they agree to use the Font Software exclusively for your work,
agree to the terms of this Agreement, and retain no copies of the Font Software on completion of the work. It is your liability to ensure that the prepress
office follows the terms of this Agreement. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the Font Software, or any copy of it to any
other third parties. You may not transfer your rights to use the Font Software to another person or legal entity.
You may make one back-up copy of Font Software for archival purposes only, and you shall retain exclusive custody and control over such copy.
Any copies that you are expressly permitted to make pursuant to the Agreement must contain the same copyright, trademark, and other proprietary
notices that appear on or in the Font Software. Upon termination of the Agreement, you must destroy the original and any and all copies of the Font Software.
You may import characters from the font as graphical objects into a drawing program and modify such graphical objects.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Font Software itself without
The Temporary State's prior written consent.
You may embed the Font Software into any document you send to third parties on condition that such documents may be viewed and printed (but not edited) by the recipients.
The Font Software is the exclusive property of The Temporary State. The Font Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of the intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein.
Upon termination, you must destroy the original and all copies, in part and in whole, including modified copies, if any, of the Font Software.
10. Limited Warranty
The Font Software may be returned or exchanged only if defective.
Except as expressly provided above, the Font Software is provided “as is”. The Temporary State makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Font Software rests upon you. The Temporary State does not warrant that the functions contained
in the Font Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Font Software will be uninterrupted or error free.
